We gather in small groups. We breathe, move, write things down, burn them (on purpose), cry, laugh, and occasionally sit in silence pretending we’re not crying (again).
It’s for anyone going through change; breakups, coming-outs, name shifts, gender wobbles, grief and the “what even is this feeling?” moments.
Basically: if life is weird and you want a place to be even weirder about it - but in a safe, held, healing kind of way - this is for you.
